Hello my lovelies! It's Friday! What are your plans for the weekend? I'm probably gonna stay in and since the Gymnastics World Championships are on, I will have plenty of entertainment. Today I have another set of pictures that has been in my vault for a very long time. I've purchased 3 Sation polishes a while ago and I've only showed Oh My Oceania, so I'm showing you the other two in today's post. First up we have Plenty of Frogs.

There are not many swatches of this polish online and most of them show it more blue or minty when in fact it's a very true shade of green. I think I did a better job at capturing the shade, even though it's not 100% accurate in my photos either. This looks very similar to the color Wikipedia defines as lime green. The beauty of this polish comes from the very fine silver shimmer. Even though it's so fine, the shimmer still shows up on the nail and has no problem with being captured in photos. Here's how it looks in direct light.

Absolutely amazing! The formula of this polish seems a little sheer, but I still managed to get it opaque in 2 coats. You might need a 3rd one if you apply very thin coats or you have longer nails. Next up we have Strumming my Nails.

This might look like a plain off-white polish but I needed to show it to you because it's truly amazing. It has a great formula and can be opaque in just one coat depending on how carefully you apply it. I did 2 for these swatches because I wanted them to look really nice. There's only a tiny bit of grey in this polish, so it can be easily used as a white base for any manicure. It has become my go to white base and I've probably used it for 10 manicures since I've had it. I still love OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls as a base, but that one needs 2 coats and is a tiny bit darker so I prefer this one.

Frankly, I'm really surprised that this polish isn't getting more love in the nail community. If you are looking for a perfect base for nail art, this is the one. I always do my gradients, water marbles and whatnot over this polish. All the Sation polishes I've tried so far are really amazing and I definitely need more. If only they were more easily available I'm sure they would be a lot more popular.
