Review: Born Pretty Store Stamping Plate Organizers

Hello my lovelies! It's been a busy week in my neck of the woods and spring hasn't been around much. It's been cold and rainy, which was not great for my mood. I really hope it's gonna get warm soon because I'm so sick of this weather. I've been working on a couple of reviews of some stamping stuff from the Born Pretty Store and I hope they're gonna be useful for some of you. First up, I have a couple of stamping plate organizers that were kindly sent to me to show you. The first one is for plates of a larger size. Let's take a look!

This stamping plate organizer is designed to fit your larger plates. The size of the sleeves is perfect for the Born Pretty large stamping plates. Now I've measured these plates and to me they have 13 x 6.5 cm, even though the website lists them as 12.5 x 6.5 cm. That's why they fit better in the sleeves and don't slide out. The MoYou London plates are the ones that have 12.5 x 6.5 cm and are a little smaller than the sleeve, which makes them slide out when you turn the page. They would fit better with their own cardboard protective sleeves but then you wouldn't be able to see the designs. Of course larger plates like Moyra, FUN or UberChic won't fit in this organizer.

The organizer has 20 sheets that are designed to each hold one plate. You can try to fit two plates in each slot but I wouldn't recommend it because they could bend and they would be very hard to take out. You could do that with slightly smaller plates (like MoYou) but not with the Born Pretty plates that are already snug in the slots. I feel this is quite a sturdy organizer and it's great for protecting and displaying your plates. If you are interested in getting one you can find it here. Now let's take a look at the round small one.

The round stamping plate organizer has 10 plastic sheets that have a slot on each side, which means it can hold a total of 20 plates. The size of the sleeves is a little larger compared to normal round plates (5.5 cm), so I thought they could fit slightly larger plates, like the Cheeky Summer set, but the opening of the slot isn't large enough. I could try to make it wider by cutting it but I haven't done it yet. Compared to the square small plate holder that I previously reviewed here, this organizer opens like a book so it's easier to browse through the plates.

My only complaint for this stamping plate organizer is the fact that it only fits 20 plates, since the majority of sets have 24 or 26 plates. It's great for storing the Born Pretty plates though. All in all, I like both of these organizers. They are handy and very affordable. You can also purchase both of them together for a really good price (link here). Make sure to use code MFL91 at checkout to get an extra 10% off. Hope this review was useful for you. Stay tuned for a review of several Born Pretty Store stampers. Have a great weekend!
