China Glaze Be More Pacific

Hello my lovelies! I'm finally getting around to writing some posts for you because I have a bunch of older manicures to show here. My latest haul featured a lot of China Glaze polishes, both from older and newer collections. I already showed some of them and now it's time for an amazing bright green from this year's summer collection called Off Shore. I really love the ocean inspired names of the polishes in this collection and this one is no exception.

Monday Blues: China Glaze Sky High-Top

Hello my lovelies! Another Monday, another blue manicure. This time it's a good day because it's the last Monday before my vacation, so things at work are already slowing down. I have an amazingly spectacular blue to show you today. Every time I order polishes from online e-tailers like Head2Toe Beauty, I browse through the older collections. And since I'm a big fan of China Glaze polishes, I always have to pick up some older ones to complete my collection. This time I chose a blue beauty that came out 5 years ago, in the Summer 2009 collection called Kicks. It's such a lovely color, but you can see that for yourself.

Trind Natural Nail Care Review

Hello my lovelies! Today I want to talk to you about nail care. For some of us, it's a boring subject while for others it's an obsession. Whether we like doing it or not, we all want strong beautiful nails and healthy cuticles. Over the last months I had the chance to test out a new to me nail care brand that is certainly familiar to many of you. The lovely people over at Rouge Boutique were kind enough to send a package with lots of Trind goodies. Trind Cosmetics is a Dutch brand that focuses on hand- and nail care, but also offers nail polish and manicure products. These are the goodies that I got to test out.

Monday Blues: Subtle Blue Gradient

Hello my lovelies! It's a sunny and very hot Monday in my neck of the woods. Frankly, I don't mind that the week has started, but that's probably because I love my job. I'm also wearing some gorgeous blue nails but that's a story for the next Monday Blues post. The manicure I'm showing you today is from a couple of weeks ago, when I got inspired by HannahRoxNails' tutorial to create a light blue and white gradient. I really wanted to get some light blue acrylic paint for this but couldn't find any at the local craft store so I mixed white with some darker blue acrylic paint and created the light blue that I used to create this gradient.

China Glaze Feel the Breeze

Hello my lovelies! It's Saturday and that means it's time for some rest & relaxation. It also means that I finally have time to do some blogging. Today I realized that I have a ton of manicures that I haven't shown you, so I really need to get my act together and write some posts. I'm starting with a very summery polish from the 2014 Off Shore collection from China Glaze. I have to admit that this is a color I don't normally wear, but I didn't have anything similar in my collection and I needed something different so it fell into my cart. I wore it with a holographic glitter accent nail just to make it more interesting and more me.

Monday Blues: Blue Camouflage

Hello my lovelies! After a fun weekend, it's Monday again. I can't say that I was very happy when I woke up  this morning but the day went pretty well so I can't complain. There's also a manicure that I want to show you and that I'm very excited about. The inspiration came from a pretty unusual place, namely my bikini. I've had this bikini for a couple of years but didn't realize that the top was a perfect nail art inspiration until now. I'm very happy with how these nails came out.

Barry M Sugar Apple

Hello my lovelies and happy Sunday! I'm probably off somewhere enjoying the sunshine but I decided to not be a bad blogger and schedule this post for you. I was actually sure that I posted about this polish already but it seems that it slipped my mind. Even though it was over one month ago, I still remember how many compliments I got for this manicure. It's funny how something so simple can attract everyone's attention, but manicures that take hours to create barely get noticed. This manicure is very easy to create, yet it was a total success.

A couple of floral manicures

Hello my lovelies! I can't believe it's finally Friday! It was a busy week as usual and I can't wait to relax this weekend. I just hope that the weather will be kind to us. Today's post is all about two manicures that I'm on the fence about. They are both floral and both stamping, but I'm not sure they came out as they were supposed to. I decided to show them to you and see what you think about them. First off, we have one with purple flowers.

Monday Blues: Avon Royal Vendetta

Hello my lovelies! It's Monday, I know. But the fact that it's warm and the sun is shining makes this a great start of the week. For those of you who are on vacation, I envy you a lot! But for those who, like me, have to work this week, let us make the best of the sun and try to be cheerful no matter what. I have some beautiful blue nails to get us all in the right mood today. It's such a great thing when a polish is amazing and you get to write a positive post about it. Here's what I'm talking about.

Born Pretty Store QA83 Stamping Plate Review

Hello my lovelies! As usual it's been a busy week for me and I haven't had a lot of time for blogging. I did however do a few nail art looks last Sunday so I have lots of stuff to show you. First up is an awesome stamping plate from the Born Pretty Store. I think you know by now that I love their plates, especially the ones from the QA series, so I try one every time they send me stuff for review. This particular plate has a bunch of full nail designs that are perfect for the stamping decal and the leadlight techniques, because they have lots of space for coloring and the possibilities are endless. I created my second leadlight stamping manicure with plate QA83* and here's how it turned out.

June favorites and haul

Hello my lovelies! Just a quick post today because I still owe you last month's recap. We are well into July and I still haven't shown my June favorites and tiny haul. I feel that June was a lot better in terms of nail art compared to the last months, so I'm excited about that. I still haven't acquired a lot of polish but I can assure you that July will be better because I have a huge haul on its way to me. Now let's take a look at those favorites!
