Autumn favorites and haul

Hello my lovelies! Another week is almost over and since it was the first week of winter, it's time for a little autumn recap. I didn't do a recap post in October because there wasn't that much to show, but I decided to do one for both October and November. I guess that you've noticed that I haven't been posting much lately. I guess that the two posts per week schedule is a thing now, whether I like it or not. I still do nail art every once in a while, which means that I was able to come up with a few favorite manicures for the last two months. Here they are!

Hello my lovelies! What can I say about September? This month has been a roller coaster for me and it definitely flew by. I was away, I worked a lot and exercised a lot. The weather has been warm for weeks, which is what I love. One of the best things about this month was the fact that I managed to do a lot of nail art. It's been the month of gradients because I just couldn't get enough of them. That's why most of my favorites include a gradient of some sort. I had a lot of options but ended up with these 4 manicures. Take a look!

Hello my lovelies! August is over, which means a little recap is in order. I didn't do one of these posts for July, just because there wasn't much to show, so now I have two months worth of favorites and purchases to show you (hence the title). It's been quite a busy summer for me so nail art wasn't my priority. I didn't post much and the manicures I posted were quite simple. I did manage to gather a few favorites though so here they are.

Hello my lovelies! Just a quick post today because I still owe you last month's recap. We are well into July and I still haven't shown my June favorites and tiny haul. I feel that June was a lot better in terms of nail art compared to the last months, so I'm excited about that. I still haven't acquired a lot of polish but I can assure you that July will be better because I have a huge haul on its way to me. Now let's take a look at those favorites!

Hello my lovelies! It's the last day of the month, which means it's time for another recap. What can I say about May? It's been a crazy busy month and blogging hasn't been a priority. I've reverted to my old habit of keeping a manicure 3 or even 4-5 days. That's why I haven't had that much to show you. The only nail art I've done was some very simple stamping. I've also been obsessed with jelly sandwiches, so the favorite manicures I've chosen are a mix of these two. Let's take a look!

Hello my lovelies! We're already one day into May so it was high time for me to post a recap of last month. April hasn't been a great month in terms of nail art for me. I've been wearing a lot of plain manicures and even when I did do nail art it was quite simple. I managed to gather 4 favorite manicures for you but they are not my finest work, I must admit it. Hello my lovelies! It's April and the weather is gorgeous. March wasn't bad either, at least in my neck of the woods. Unfortunately, the good weather didn't help with my inspiration last month and I didn't do a lot of nail art. At least I had enough to make a collage that I'm proud of. So here it is.

Helo my lovelies and happy Sunday! As promised yesterday, today I'm showing you the recap of February. This month has been kinda slow in terms of posts and nail art for me. I couldn't find my inspiration. I also purchased very little nail polish because I got a lot of clothes instead. I just felt like giving a little makeover to my wardrobe. I did however get some amazing polishes which I will show below. But first let's look at my favorite manicures.

Hello my lovelies! We're already a few days into February and I finally managed to post my January recap post. January was a little weird shopping wise because I didn't buy much polish. From the beginning of December, when I went on my trip, to the end of January I didn't buy any polish. This no-buy wasn't intentional and I can assure you that I've bought plenty of makeup, clothes, books and whatnot. I just wasn't in the mood to buy polish. The only polishes I got during that period were gifts. That all ended last week when I made an order for some KBShimmer polishes. But I will show you those in next month's haul because they haven't arrived yet. Anyway, I've decided to show you my makeup purchases of the month so this post won't be empty. But first let's take a look at the favorites.

Hello my lovelies! Happy new year! It's been a lazy couple of days for me again and I finally decided to work on a post again. A lot of people have done 2013 favorites in the last days, but I decided not to do them this year because it's really hard to select favorite manicures or polishes from over 200 posts. Instead I decided to treat December like any other month and do my roundup as usual. First up, it's favorite manicures. This month has been pretty awesome in terms of nail art because of the Christmas manicures. I managed to select just a few favorites although it was very hard.

Hello lovelies! It's the last day of November so today you get two posts. I posted my vintage nails this morning and now it's time for the November recap. I can't say that November has been a bad month but I'm happy it's over and December is here. It's my favorite month of the year because it starts with my birthday and then a bunch of holidays follow. I also have the whole month off so yay! Let's look at last month's favorites first.

Hello my lovelies! I have no idea where October went. Feels like just yesterday I was telling you how happy I was that September ended. October was a good month, with mostly sunny, warm weather, which is great for an autumn month. I've blogged quite a lot and have a few favorites to show you. It's has been a hard month for me, but I'm really happy that I was able to do some nail art here and there. The shopping part wasn't very successful because I didn't have much time for that. Hello my lovelies and happy Sunday! It's the first day of September and that means a recap post is in order. I'm not sure how I feel about summer being over. On the one hand, this was an exhausting summer for me but on the other hand I'm not looking forward to dreadful September either. It's gonna be more stress and studying, only with cold weather and rain. August didn't have a lot of nail art but I did manage to do a few nice manicures, so here are my favorites.

Hello my lovelies and happy Sunday! I'm back from my trip and even though it was relaxing, I missed blogging and I missed doing my nails. I hope that this month will be a more creative one for me. I've been lacking inspiration for the past months because they have been so stressful, but now I feel a lot better and even though I have to study for the whole summer, I still hope I can find time for nails and I can work on some of the blogging projects that have been on hold for so long. As I've mentioned before, July hasn't been very rich in nail art so the favorites I'm gonna show you are pretty much everything I did in terms of nail art manicures.

Which means that I technically graduated and my ceremony is on Saturday. This month has been crazy busy and I hardly posted anything in the last weeks. So the favorites I'm showing you are mostly from the beginning of the month.

Hello my lovelies! Another month has passed and I really can't believe it. I was really not looking forward to June because it's the last month before graduation and it's gonna be crazy! I've posted a lot in May, mainly because I was on holiday and we had the Romanian Easter, so it was very hard to pick just a few favorite manicures from this month. I ended up choosing the ones below.

Hello lovelies! Today is the last day of the Month and there had to be a favorites post. Plus I have to show you the damage I've done this month. I have to admit that I got a lot of stuff in April and there's also some on the way, which I will show you in next month's haul. But first, let's see the favorites. 

This month has been all about spring manicures. I painted lots of flowers and used a lot of pastels. My absolute favorite is the fresh flowers manicure in the top left corner. The grass and flower one in the bottom left corner came close too. Then we have the pastel color block, the delicate lillies of the valley and finally the green mojito craziness in the bottom right corner. It has been a cheerful month indeed!

Hello my lovelies and happy Sunday! For those of you celebrating today, Happy Easter! In Romania we celebrate Christian Orthodox Easter and this year it's all the way in May, so I didn't feel like doing any special nail art today. For me today is the last day of the month, and that means recaps. First I made a collage of my favorite manicures from this past month. I only included nail art because if I included the ones with just plain polish I could have never chosen just 5. This month was full of green because of St. Patrick's Day and so you'll see plenty of green in this collage.

In the center you can see my beloved St' Patrick's Day tape manicure that I got a lot of compliments for. There's also China Glaze Def Defying with studs in the bottom left corner. The Polish Days theme for this month was vintage (top left). The other two are designs that took a lot of work and I'm terribly proud of. They can be both interpreted as stained glass, one is with diamond glitter and the other one is a freehand one I did with blue polish.

Next I wanna show you this month's haul. I have a lot to show because this month has been amazing, especially this last week. But not all of this is purchased by me because some were gifts. I know that's not an excuse and my stash has almost reached 300. I did however pick a few polishes from my stash that I don't wanna keep and will probably send to better homes. So without further ado, let's see the polishes.

Hello my lovelies! Sorry for the lack of posts in the last days. I'm finally done with my exams and I'm already starting a new rotation tomorrow. Of course I'm trying to catch up with everything and do some nail art for the following challenges, but time is not on my side. Meanwhile, it's already December, so I'm showing you my favorite manis from this month. November has been a busy month for me and there wasn't a lot of nail art. There was a lot of purple because it was Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. Here's what I picked as favorites from last month. 

Last month's Polish Days theme was MAN-icure and I did a helicopter themed mani that you can see in the middle. The top row shows my favorite purple manicures, one with holo glitter, one with Max Factor Fantasy Fire and a half moon manicure I did using only a-england polishes. I also included my blue ombre manicure and some glitter in the form of NYX Enchanted Forest. 

November has been pretty rich in purchases, partly because I got some early birthday presents for myself. I still think I did pretty well, considering I bought the same amount as last month (and some were gifts).
