Monday Blues: Periwinkle Flowers

Hello my lovelies! Hope you are doing great on this busy Monday! The weather is still really hot where I live so I can't help but feel that summer is not over yet. That's why I decided to wear some flowers on my nails this week. This manicure really reminds me of spring and I don't mind at all. Let's all enjoy the sun until we are able to because we are sure gonna miss it in the next months.

Every manicure I've been doing lately has been a simple one because I'm always in a rush. This one is no exception. I tried to spice it up a bit by using two different stamping polishes for the stamping but you can't really tell the difference. I used Mundo de Unas 49 Lavander and 54 Iris, two colors that look different in the bottle but not so much when they are stamped. I used the huge flower image from plate BP-L011 from the Born Pretty Store and mixed the two colors on different parts of the plate to get a different look on each nail.

Because the two colors ended up looking really similar, you can't really tell the difference between them but I still like how this came out. The polish I used as a base is China Glaze Bahamian Escape, which is one of my favorite blue cremes. It applies like butter and dries fast so you can't really go wrong with it.

Hopefully my nails stop breaking because then I have to shorten them up again. I will try to take care of my hands and moisturize more in the next days. Hope you like this and don't forget that you can check out the rest of this month's Monday Blues in the links below!

Have a great week!
