Born Pretty Store Neon Studs Review

Hello my lovelies! I have something very fun to show you today! I know summer is over but it's never too late to wear a little neon. Especially when it comes to studs. The Born Pretty Store always comes up with the best nail art accessories and this time they came up with these amazing studs. You know I'm a big fan of studs and bright colors, so it really doesn't get any better than this!

Born Pretty Store neon studs*

The studs come in a round box containing approximately 400 pieces. There are 6 colors in this set and there are both round and square 2 mm studs from each color. The price is very affordable and you can fin them here.

Since I'm a big fan of square studs, I decided to use different colored ones to create this fun skittle look.

I started with a white base and then used tape to do some chevron tips with polishes matching the colors of the studs. From left to right they are: Rimmel Tangerine Queen (orange), Essie Avenue Maintain (blue), Golden Rose 202 (purple) and Bondi Teal Magnolia (green). On my thumb I used the very bright Orly Fancy Fuchsia. I did my best to capture it in a photo so forgive the weird pose.

As usual, the studs were very easy to use. I placed them with a toothpick after dropping some top coat at the base of the nail. I finished everything with a coat of top coat to seal them in. They lasted for days and didn't even dream of coming off. I must mention that these studs are matte in their original state and become shiny after you add top coat over them.

I personally loved this design a lot! If you're looking to spice up your manicures, you can find the studs here. If you check out the website you will see that there are some other size options or pastel studs, for those of you that like softer colors. Have fun shopping and don't forget to use code MFL91 to get 10% off at checkout.
