Monday Blues: Royal Blue

Hello my lovelies! Hope your Monday isn't too busy or cold. I have lots of stuff to do this week but I'm trying to stay on top of things and not get stressed out. To put us all in a better mood, I have a manicure with an old classic to show you. It was inspired by Ohmygoshpolish, although it's quite a bit different than her original manicure because I used a blue base instead of a black one and a different image for the stamping. I did, however, keep the main idea of stamping with light blue over a dark jelly. Here's my result.

Monday Blues: Saturday Night Fever

Hello my lovelies! Christmas is over but I'm still on holiday so it's all good. The past week has been really great and relaxing. Plus there's another one just like it coming so I couldn't be happier. After the traditional red manicure that I wore for Christmas, I've gotten back to my true love, blue nail polish. I decided to do something festive for New Year's using a glitter that I got as a birthday gift from the lovely Andrea.

Dot Sandwich

Hello my lovelies! Another week has passed and it's finally the weekend. This week has been pretty quiet so I got a bit of rest and feel ready for some nail art. I won't be celebrating anything today, just doing nails and watching movies. Since everyone is posting Valentine's Day nail art, I wanted to post something a little more girly than usual. I've been wearing this manicure all week and haven't removed it yet, even though it looks pretty beat up by now. I must say that I enjoyed it a lot!

First Snow

Hello my lovelies! Can you believe this week is almost over? Christmas went by so fast! I'm looking forward to the new year and a fresh start. Today was a good day because when I woke up this morning everything was covered in snow. It was the first proper snow of this year and even though it started to melt immediately there is still some left as I'm writing this. To go with that I'm gonna show you a manicure I wore last week. It was actually a recreation of my snowflake sandwich using a nude jelly. Here's how it looks.

Big Nails and a Jelly Sandwich

Hello my lovelies! As you are reading this, I am away for a conference again. I scheduled this post to keep you entertained while I'm gone. You are probably wondering about the crazy title of this post. I got inspired by the name of the polish I've used for this manicure, even though my nails aren't that big. They are still pretty long in these pictures compared to what I usually wear so I guess they are my version of big nails. Without further ado, here is the manicure.

Milky Jelly Sandwich

Hello my lovelies! I'm still away and this is another scheduled post that will hopefully go up when it's supposed to. If you haven't already noticed, one of my biggest obsessions as of late are jelly sandwiches. They are so easy to create and give such a nice look to the nails! The sandwich I'm showing you today was created with the help of a couple of nude polishes and a very interesting glitter. Here's what I'm talking about.

Monday Blues: Royal Sandwich and Born Pretty Store Nail Shields

Hello my lovelies! The best thing about Mondays is the Monday Blues post and this week's is no exception. I have a yummy jelly sandwich to show you, plus something extra on top. Some of you might remember that less than a year ago I got my hands on a bottle (or two) of the famous blue jelly that is Revlon Royal. I did a Monday Blues post back then with swatches and a sandwich, but looking back on the result it wasn't the greatest there could be. That's because I used some large round glitters that didn't quite fit in the sandwich. So considering it's been a while since that post, I decided to revisit it and hope you won't mind to look at another gorgeous jelly sandwich. If you wish to see the original post you can find it here.

China Glaze Creative Fantasy

Hello my lovelies! It's Saturday, which means most people are relaxing today. We had an extended weekend in my country so I've already had a lot of fun in the last days. That's why blogging has been sort of on the back burner this week. Hopefully I'll be a better blogger next week because there sure is a lot that I wanna show you. Today's post is all about a hidden gem. This polish comes from the Cirque du Soleil collection and is a great jelly. Naturally, I had to create a jelly sandwich using it.

TPA Group Challenge: Make Your Own Nail Polish

Hello my lovelies! First off, I'd like to apologize for the lack of posts this week. I am officially on holiday now so I will have tons of free time. Be prepared for more posts next week! Today's post is all about creating your own nail polish. The TPA Group Challenge is coming to an end, which makes me really sad. I couldn't miss the last theme because I had this polish ready for a really long time. It's nothing complicated, just a homemade jelly polish that I created for jelly sandwiches. I first used it a few months back and then used it again with a different glitter this week. I have both manicures to show in this post.

Monday Blues: Revlon Royal

Hello my lovelies! Can you believe it's Monday again? I sure can't! But since we have to go back to work I should at least show you an amazing blue. I'm so happy to post the one from today. It's been on top of my wishlist since forever and I had lost all hope to ever own it like I've told you in this post. But then I had the immense luck to find it on a discount website called Fragrance Direct. I couldn't believe my eyes! One week later and it was all mine.

Monday Blues: China Glaze Ride The Waves

Hello my lovelies! I swear I have no idea where this weekend went. It's Monday again so it's time for some blue. This time I'm showing you a gorgeous blue jelly. This post is quite pic heavy so let's just start with the jelly by itself.
