Monday Blues: Flormar 423

Hello gorgeous readers! I'm sure most of you are not happy because it's Monday. But to fight the Monday blues I decided to join the challenge that Gosia  from Life in Color! has started. We will be posting a blue manicure every Monday and tweeting with the hash tag #MondayNailBlues. Since blue is my absolute favorite polish color it was impossible for me to not join this!

Flormar 423 indoors, artificial light
Flormar polishes are mostly available to eastern Europe and they are great value for money. Their formula is good, the colors are amazing and the price is very low (about 2$). I wore this a few weeks ago so that's why my nails look shorter in this post compared to yesterday's post. It was actually the first time I tried a Flormar creme and I was really impressed!

423 is a sky blue creme that is opaque in two easy coats. It looks a little lighter in reality than in the pictures. This is a bright polish so I wouldn't call it a pastel. It's more of a bright, clean sky blue. Formula-wise it is close to a China Glaze creme. It's rather on the thinner side and the Flormar brush seems rather stiff to me, but it was still pretty easy to work with. I had some bubbles in the bottle and I'm not sure where they came from. I seem to have that problem a lot lately. Maybe somebody comes over and shakes my bottles at night. Other than that, it dried pretty fast to a very shiny finish. The pictures are without any top coat. I wore it for about 4 days without any chipping.

I am very impressed with this Flormar creme and can't wait to try more!
