Monday Blues: Cracked

Hello my lovelies! Is it just me or is Monday the busiest day of the week? I don't know hot it happens but I always have lots of stuff to do on Monday. Preparing this post is one of those things and I wouldn't miss it for the world. I know that everyone is doing only holiday related manicures these days but this week I decided to go for something a little different. I wanted to use one of my new p2 polishes that a friend got me from Germany a few weeks ago and I decided to pair it with some blue stamping. This is what came out.

The p2 polish I'm talking about comes from the Volume Gloss collection and is called 620 Stone Picker. It's a very light grey creme that is neutral and elegant. It's a perfect base for nail art. I'm always looking for light cremes with a good formula so I can use them as a canvas for nail art. This one is very creamy for such a light shade. It does need two coats to become opaque and goes on a tiny bit streaky, but it levels out nicely and dries very shiny.

I decided to do some double stamping using an image from the Moyra 27 Dreamology stamping plate that has rapidly become a favorite of mine because it stamps perfectly and the designs are so nice. The light blue stamping polish is Born Pretty 9# and the darker blue is Mundo de Unas 54 Iris.

I really like how cool these turned out. The colors are stunning and the design is so interesting. I hope you like them as much as I do. Don't forget that you can check out the rest of this month's Monday Blues in the links below!

Have a great week!
