Hello my lovelies! It's been a long time since I did a Monday Blues post and I missed it a lot. Since a large part of the manicures I wear contain blue, I have a few to show you from these past months. Most of them are quite simple, because I haven't done any intricate nail art lately. Somehow the patience has deserted me, so whenever I decide to do nail art at all, I do simple stamping. I know that I don't sound very enthusiastic, sorry about that. But I do love today's manicure. Here it is!

Monday Blues: Desert Sand
Hello my lovelies! Long time no see! I promise that this time I am back for good. The reason I've been away this long was a huge exam that is an important milestone in my career as a doctor. I've been studying for this for months and months, to the point where I wasn't doing anything else. I even stopped doing nail art. This weekend, after weeks and weeks of wearing just a plain nail color on my nails, I did some nail art again. It seems that it's something that you don't forget so easily. I remembered how much fun it was to do and I think I'm gonna stick with it in the future. I also missed blogging so here I am! This is the first post exam manicure.

Monday Blues: Dreamology
Hello my lovelies! How's your Monday so far? I decided to have a long weekend so I took today off to catch up on my rest. I have a fun new stamping plate to show you today, along with the blue manicure that I created using it. There are quite a few Moyra plates in my collection, and I am very fond of them because they have beautiful and original designs for an affordable price. Not all my Moyra plates stamp perfectly (reviews here, here and here), but most of them are good quality and I think they've learned from their mistakes because the last ones I've purchased are top notch. The one I'm showing you today came out this year and I'm happy to report that I had no issues with it. Here's the manicure I created using it.

Summer Sunset
Hello my lovelies! It's Saturday and I haven't posted anything except for Monday Blues for a really long time, but today I decided it was time to show you some manicures that have been on my waiting list for ages. The first one is a summer nail art that I created back in August but didn't get to post. I know it's totally out of season and it seems kind of weird for me to post this now, but I really like it and now that I rediscovered it in my folders I can't help but show it to you. Plus is reminds me of summer which is always nice on such a cold gloomy day.

Monday Blues: Sweater Weather
Hello my lovelies! It's the first Monday in September, which means it's time to pull those fall clothes out of the closet. It's still pretty warm where I live though, so sweater weather has not arrived yet, but I have done a sweater pattern on my nails instead. Today has been a really long and busy day for me. It's also pretty late as I'm writing this and my energy level is very low, so I'll keep it short and sweet.

Monday Blues: Squishy Watercolor
Hello my lovelies! It's a cold and rainy Monday in my neck of the woods but I've got a manicure that will instantly cheer us up. I'm honestly very happy with how this turned out, so happy that I've been using the images as my desktop background for the past week. This manicure is the first where I've used a new for me technique. I don't know what the official name for this is, some call it squishy, others call it smooshy, but basically it involves a stamper for applying your colors on the nail. It's been around for a while now and it seems that a lot of people have been using this technique. I've seen a lot of nails done this way in the last few weeks, so I decided to try it out. Here's the result!

Purple Circuits
Hello my lovelies! It's Saturday and the weather is just lovely, so I hope to spend some time outdoor. But I couldn't leave the blog without any posts this weekend so here I am. Today's manicure is pretty simple to create but it introduces a few polishes that are new in my collection. I also used a cool stamping plate that I wanted since forever. Let's take a look!

Monday Blues: Baroque Triangles
Hello my lovelies! Another week has passed and I haven't blogged as much as I'd like to. I've been busy and then tired and then I finally managed to get some rest. Of course I did my nails a couple of times but didn't get around to posting anything. Monday Blues is a must though, so I still manage to do at least a post every week. This week's blue manicure is a little weird but the polish is a beautiful one so I think you'll like it anyway. Here we go!

Kiko 255
Hello my lovelies! It's Saturday and I'm having one of the best weeks in years. The weekend will be nothing short of amazing, I'm sure of it. Just a quick post today to show you one of the polishes I've picked up on my trip to Amsterdam. It's an old Kiko color that I didn't even know about until I saw it in the shop and it had to come home with me. It's simple but beautiful in all its simplicity. These are also the last pics I took with my old camera before I got the new one. Let's take a look!

Monday Blues: Persian Blue
Hello my lovelies! I don't know about you but I'm really glad I survived this awful Monday. It's raining and I have a headache, but at least I finished work and can relax for a bit. Another week has passed and I haven't blogged at all since last Monday. But I do have good news: I got lots of new nail art goodies that I've already started to play with, plus a brand new camera. The photos in today's post are taken with said camera, even though I'm still figuring out how to use it. So I apologize if they seem a bit off. The manicure was inspired by my trip to Amsterdam and I also used one of the polishes I got from there. Let's take a look!

Monday Blues: Cerulean Chevrons
Hello my lovelies! Whoa, what a week! I've been working like a maniac and then I tried to get some rest during the weekend, so nails and blogging have been on the back burner. I didn't even celebrate the fact that my blog turned 4 last week. Unfortunately I didn't have time to create a special manicure for the occasion. But Monday Blues is always a great occasion to celebrate and every blue manicure is something special for me. So I'll just show you today's nails because they are awesome!

Monday Blues: Butterfly Explosion
Hello my lovelies! It's the first Monday of February. I hope it's gonna be a great month for everyone! I'm excited about spring and can't wait for the warm weather. Meanwhile, I created a manicure that expresses just how much I'm looking forward to blue skies. If you follow my blog for a while, you might have noticed that I have a bit of a butterfly obsession. I created countless butterfly manicures in the last years, so why not make another one. Here it is!

Monday Blues: Picture Polish Ruby Blou
Hello my lovelies! Happy new year and welcome to the Monday Blues of 2015! It's my pleasure to present this year's event. Hopefully many bloggers will join me every Monday so we can post lots of blue manicures together. It's the first Monday Blues of the year so it must be a festive one. I decided to make my manicure a little festive and glitter is the best way to do it. This was my New Year's Eve manicure so it's a really fresh one. Here we go!

Monday Blues: Kiko 465
Hello my lovelies! Another weekend is over and this time it was a very relaxing one for me. I'm full of energy and ready to start the week. Winter is almost here, which makes me happy because I like winter a lot better than autumn. But first I have the last Monday Blue of November to show you. I haven't shown a matte polish on the blog in a long time and I decided to show you one I purchased this summer. They are perfect for autumn in my opinion. Here's what I'm talking about.

Watercolor Palettes
Hello my lovelies! It's been a crazy crazy week as usual and on top of everything my laptop is playing tricks on me again. I've scheduled this post because despite it being Saturday I'm at work. My weekend isn't gonna be a great one but I hope yours will be a lot better. I sure hope it won't be too cold and gloomy. Today's manicure is one that I created ages ago and didn't have time to post. I was inspired by an image on a stamping plate from the creative people of MoYou London. I added a little something extra to it and here's the result.

Monday Blues: Silver Chevrons
Hello my lovelies! The weekend is over but the sun is shining and the weather is lovely, so how about we blow the Monday Blues away with some nails. The manicure I'm showing you today is a very simple one but it's what I love to wear in my everyday life. As usual I was inspired by my lovely friend Kinga who borrowed this stamping plate from me and used this image. It's great when other people take a look at your plates because they notice stuff that you haven't used and show you how much of your collection you ignored before. She used this image and showed me how amazing it is. So naturally I had to create a manicure with it.

Monday Blues: Kiko 520
Hello my lovelies! Can you believe it's Monday again? I honestly don't know how but time is literally flying by. I guess that always happens when you enjoy your life. I can't complain about this day either, it's been a pretty decent Monday. The polish I'm showing you today is not a very spectacular one but I think it's perfect for fall. I'm a big fan of metallic shades during the cold season and even more so if they're also blue. This particular one is great!

Bizarre Marble
Hello my lovelies! It's been a really busy week for me, hence the lack of posts. I would like to apologize for that. My plan is to create a 3 post/week schedule and write some posts in advance so there's no danger of not posting because of the lack of time. I just have to figure out the days for those posts (besides Monday, of course). I'll keep you posted on that! Meanwhile I have a really fun manicure to show you today. I've used an image from a plate that has been in my possession for years and years, without me figuring out that it looks like a fake water marble. I've used some of the images on this plate but not this one. After I saw it on my friend Kinga's nails, I had to recreate the look. Of course I used different colors and her manicure is a lot better than mine, so make sure you check it out (click here).

Silver Vintage Wallpaper
Hello my lovelies! While you are reading this I am already away on vacation. I scheduled a couple of posts to keep you entertained while I'm gone and this is the first one. You might have noticed that there wasn't a "favorites and haul" post for July, and that's because I didn't buy one single polish this month. After last month's massive haul, I kept it to a minimum and invested my paycheck in some other stuff. August will be different though because I will be travelling and that always brings a lot of hauling. Anyway, today's manicure is one that I'm really proud of. It's not hard to create but it's totally me and I think it's amazing. Take a look!

Monday Blues: Kiko 518
Hello my lovelies! It seems that I've made it a habit out of posting late on Mondays. I just didn't have the time to prepare the post yesterday because I was out all day. It was a fun weekend, which made it even harder to go to work today. To cheer us all up I have a gorgeous blue to show you. It's the last one of the Kiko shades that I added to my collection last month but believe me that it's just as good as the other ones.
